BUS: your start location - Notodden - Mæl rasteplass - Fjellrud
(final bus is a School route = weekdays and not holidays) Stops at Å camp if you ask
BUS: Start location - Notodden - Mæl rest area - Austbygde - then a 15 kilometer walk/bike ride up the valley.
Nearest TRAIN station: Nordagutu and Kongsberg

HIKE

If you are walking on the Hardangervidda plateau, you can quite easily walk to Kongsbergseter and continue down the road to the camp.

CAR

Drive to Austbygde and continue up the valley for about 15 km, and you will see a camp sign on the barn by the road.
NOTE: Winter closed roads North direction Geilo, and East direction Veggli.
